My managers have been very proactive in my career. This can be seen in their encouragement, advice, and never allowing me to become stagnant in my progress.

What do you do when you’re not working?
When I’m not at work I can be found at a motorcycle event or riding up in the mountains.

Thanks to everyone who came out and joined Underground Elephant at the 19^th Annual Walk for Animals to support the San Diego Humane Society on May 4th, 2013. Two-legged and four-legged friends of the Humane Society walked the two kilometer course around NTC Park at Liberty Station on Saturday and enjoyed a pancake breakfast and doggie games. Proceeds from the event are going to contribute to the Humane Society’s mission of promoting the humane treatment of animals and ensuring that every companion animal finds a loving home. Underground Elephant employees (including Peanuts the Elephant) shared their support for our furry friends by participating in the walk as well as sponsoring a booth at the event.

Describe your typical day at Underground Elephant: I manage our Click Elephant (Cost Per Click) platform. I would say half of my day is spent analyzing data to figure out ways to optimize campaigns for each client, and the other half is spent communicating with the clients to be sure they’re on track and fulfilling any requests they might have. Every day is exciting for me because Click Elephant is a relatively new product for Underground Elephant, so we are growing really quickly and constantly improving the product.

What gets you fired up about coming to work? Coming into a buzzing office full of positive people that truly care about the success of our company. And the donuts on Fridays of course!

What makes Underground Elephant special? UE isn’t just a place that you come to work everyday. It’s a close knit group of people and we get to do fun things together out in the community. It’s the kind of job that makes you go home feeling really good!

Their generous donation will help fund the creation of new homes for the more than 7,500 stray and surrendered animals the Human Society cares for each year. A portion of their donation will be also be used to provide medical care for the animals. Over the past few years UE has partnered with the Humane Society and SPCA on various events from the Telethon to the Walk for Animals.
