Jr. Web Developer
The Junior Web Developer will work with the development team to contribute to the development, support, and maintenance of our current products. The primary responsibility of the Jr. Web Developer will be to provide support for font-end and back-end programming for internal systems and site users.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for front-end and back-end programming
- Providing support for web sites and the development of web applications and components for the internal system and site users
- Programming, basic design, and configuration of landing pages
- Troubleshooting and daily maintenance of back-end system and site pages
- Create coding to support on-page applications
- Testing quality for all new launches
- Creating web applications and components of the full product life cycle
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with jQuery is a plus
- Working knowledge of PHP
- Comfortable in a LAMP environment
- Experience working with Java
- Acute troubleshooting skills
- General understanding of the product life cycle including – but not limited to –product plan specification phase, Development, and QA testing process
- Ability to collaborate and work independently with minimal supervision
- General understanding of the product life cycle including – but not limited to – planning the product specification phase, Development, and QA testing process.
