Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for day to day department specific project management, and maintaining communication as an interdepartmental liaison for the company. This role requires the ability to think and prioritize strategically, analyze large sets of data, and multi-task across a wide array of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the following for complex sales & marketing projects: project scope and definition materials including statements of work, work breakdowns, functional specifications, and time lines.
  • Responsible for planning and delivering projects by aligning the project needs with the best resources with respect to time, creative style, technical capabilities, and quality standards.
  • Managing the execution of all integrated marketing campaigns on a multitude of sites
  • Participate in creative and strategic conception, bringing expertise to bare in envisioning exceptional interactive solutions.
  • Contribute to the content strategy on complex marketing initiatives.
  • Drive project delivery through effective use of internal status meetings.
  • Manage and control project scope.
  • Assure that projects completed according to schedule and expectations.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and constructive feedback to technical team members.
  • Must be able to translate sales ideas into marketing materials.
  • Acts as an interdepartmental liaison to create communication within the company.
  • Assist in approving content for the editorial process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and an interest in working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Direct experience with PPC/SEM campaign launch and optimization role.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Familiarity with long tail keywords, geo-targeting, bidding strategies.
  • Exceptional Excel skills, proficiency with Powerpoint and Word.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task while staying focused on details.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a marketing or quantitative discipline.
