Business Development

In this role you will be responsible for prospecting new clients across all verticals. The ideal candidate will have a history of successfully pitching and closing business over the phone in addition to at least one year of successful sales experience with proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new clients into targeted geographic/coverage areas
  • Maintain high volume of outbound cold calls
  • Build & maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Complete & Review new member contractual agreements
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a continual basis
  • proposing and closing business utilizing a consultative sales approach
  • Ongoing account management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills
  • Must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced/high call volume environment
  • Needs to be a motivated, self starter who can work independently.
